Will i have to install XP SP1 Before i install XP SP2?
and will XP SP2 Include the files of SP1

SP2 should be all you need and will include all current patches.
You do not need to install a previous Service Pack before installing
the current.

Windows XP SP2 is a roll up of all SP1 fixes plus the new fixes and added
features and functionality for SP2.

As others have already stated, you won't need SP1 installed before
installing SP2, BUT SP2 is not available now and I highly recommend you
install SP1 now.
