Go to "staples", they have free WinXP SP2 cd's at the service island, about
win update not working you need the new Background Intelligence (BILTS, 2.0)
and the associated program that comes with it, V5 at win update is the
current standard for security and privacy, make sure your background service
is working
in "services" thru your administrative tools
