After downloading and installing sp2, I am no longer able to download .txt
files. I need these files every month. If I "go back" to an earlier version
I have no problem. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? If so what
did you do to solve this problem?
 
Disable the firewall for that IP address you are downloading the files from.
