SP2 XP Home

Steve

Hello,

I dowloaded what I thought was the sp2 update for my computer, but it
said I didn't have the correct version of XP. I have the Home version.
Is there a place to get sp2 for the home version, or is there simply not
a sp2 for xp home?

Thank you,

Steve

Thanks for the reply, but when I downloaded the update it said wouldn't
install because I had an incorrect version of XP.

SP-2 is appropriate for all legal versions of Windows XP.
Start/Run
Type "winver" ENTER
What is on the Version line?

Thank you for the reply. I followed the steps on that site.

It didn't report any spyware or malware, but when all the

checks were completed I was able to download and install

sp2!

Thanks again,

Steve
