SP2 wont install.. driving me crazy !

i've tried downloading a few different sp2 updates from different sites, none
of them work however. i've even tried to download ones that "dont have
validation check" or something the updater program hangs on the checking
product key part.. help anyone? :(

i've also downloaded the windows genuwine advatage diagnostic tool and it
seems that all is well...

There is only one legitimate source for SP-2 and that is Microsoft.
Any others are not authorized and what ever is downloaded is suspect and may
not be what you think or expect it to be.
NEVER get something from an unauthorized source, at least not if you value
your computer and any data on the computer..
