I have a windows xp sp2 system with a wierd issue. I have a local html
file I created myself with some favourite websites, and use this as the
home page. It is very basic, with only links and some text formating, no
activex or javascript only css if that matters. The wierd thing is that
when starting IE everything is ok and normal, but after browsing a
webpage, and later clicking the home button, sp2 IE security warns there
is malicious content etc. even though I know there isn't. Warning is in
saying something similar to "internet explorer has blocked this page
from running active content that may get access to your computer"

Anyone know anything about this?

Try internet options..advanced tab..scroll down to security and check allow
active content to run in my computer.
