SP2 support security template of SP1a

A self-defined security template was created on XP SP1a,
and works fine. After installing SP2, the network
connection service cannot start properly. A new self-
defined security template has to be created.

Question:
Does SP2 support the self-defined security template
created on pre-SP2 platform?
