SP2 on Gigabyte GA-8PENXP

Anyone else had problems installing SP2 on a Gigabyte GA-
8PENXP motherboard. I've tried different VGA cards, hard
disks, taken components out.

It still won't boot into Windows with SP2

I have no idea if my problem is related to yours, but I've got a
Gigabyte GA-K8VT800 and I am having trouble with my machine not
booting with SP2. I have found it will work in either safe mode, or
vga mode, so it may be a VGA driver problem, but I have been unable to
get it fully fixed.

I got the same problem.. I already reinstalled my system four times wit
different configration, and I got the same thing.. the system cann'
boot!! even cant not booting to the safe mode.
I beleive its related to the MB bios
