sp2 on CD?

Apologies if this isn't the right place for this, but I've been hunting
around like crazy to no avail. Does Microsoft still offer sp2 on CD? I have
a computer that cannot, at the moment, connect to the internet, but I'd
really like to have some of sp2's features. Help?

Hi, you can always try the PC magazine rack, many have the service pack on
theur CD/DVD's...

You can download SP2 using the location below. Then, you can burn your own
CD. No problem.

I think you will find that you can still get SP2 on CD, I did. What
country are you in?
