SP2 - Mouse not working!

I recently installed the Windows XP SP2 on my computer and
after rebooting I found that I could not use my logitech
keyboard or mouse anymore.

I was greeted with a "Device Installer Error - Windows
could not load the installer for keyboard" error message,
one for the keyboard and one for the mouse.

I have managed to get the keyboard working now so I
installed the latest keyboard and mouse drivers from the
Logitech website, but I still get the error messages after
reboot from installing the software.

Is anyone else having an issue with this? Does anyone know
any solutions or do I have to wait until Logitech releases
new drivers that are made for SP2?

Did you uninstall all of the software for the keyboard/mouse before you
isntalled the latest versions? Also, I am trying to make a list of
software, hardware, etc, that people have reported not working after
upgrading to SP2, so if you could provide the exact model of your
Logitech products and the drivers that you were using, I'd really
appreciate it :)

I didn't uninstall the existing drivers and then reinstall
them, I will give it a go.

I have a Logitech Internet Navigator Keyboard (Model
Number: Y-BE22) using Logitech ITouch Software version
2.22.

I have a Logitech MouseMan Dual Optical mouse (Model
Number: M-BL63B) using Logitech Mouseware software version
9.79.1.

Cheers

I'm using the same hardware and software and am having problems also. In
addition, I cannot get mouse properties to open and there is no Mouse icon in
control panel anymore ( after SP2 install). Any solution yet?
