SP2 Leftovers

Now that SP2 is installed (scary), and the system seems to
have calmed down, how can I remove the following folder ?
$NtServicePackUninstall$ from my system. I copied it to CD
then tried to DELETE the folder, but it won't let me. Any
suggestions?

Do your account have administrator rights?

2)
Are you able to rename the folder? If you are, rename it, reboot the
computer and try to delete it again.
