SP2 + Internet Options

Im not sure what it is, but after I installed SP2, I
can't change my security settings, and I need them on
low! I also want to prevent the dumb popups that tell me
what's safe and what isn't from popping up.
 
You need to change these settings through the new Security Center in Control
Panel. Pop-up protection is enabled in Internet Options, Privacy tab.
