SP2 install failure

I tried to install sp2 from the CD I ordered from Microsoft. It almost
completed and then said "Accass Denied". This is the same problem I had when
trying to download from the web site. Can anyone give me help in getting it
downloaded. I can't get updates because I don't SP2.

You receive an "Access is denied" error message when you try to install
Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1

I find the quickest way to correct this issue is to reset the registry
permissions.

Reset the entire registry permissions to defaults
