When I downloaded service pack2 I got the following fatal error messag

"the motive chorus client has encountered a fatal error. If th
problem persists, please contact your motive chorus client syste
administrator or service provider."

I now see the same message on start-up. What is this file, do I need i
and if not how can I get rid of it or the message

Do you happen to have Verizon Online? Motive Chorus is a component of
Verizon Support. Try re-installing it from the Verizon web site.
