SP2 Firewall exception program list

Hi, all~

I set Windows Firewall configuation on my XPE SP2 image.
After turning on Firewall, I add my program using some tcp ports to
exception program list. - It seem to have no problem.

However, my program is blocked using tcp port! (eventhoght it is listed on
exception list)
Actually a program on the other computer can't connect to my program on XPE
SP2 firewall enabled through network.

Is it normal situation?
Or, is this a bug with Windows Firewall?

Somebody let me know about this, plz.

Does it work for you app on XP Pro/SP2 if you include it in the exception list? (I tried similar on XP Pro SP2 and it worked great
for me)

Also, when you disable the Firewall completely on XPe image, does it make a difference?
