sp2 downloads to 3/4 then failure box

When downloading service pack sp2 it proceeds till 3/4 done then a pop-up box
says "failure" and won't continue. Tried 3 times.
Need a solution, thanks

Is this the Windows service pack or Office service pack or Access
service pack?
