SP2, can't right click folders, DEP crash

After installing SP2 I can't right click on folders. Files
are ok, but folders cause a DEP error and explorer crashes.
I have searched a bit on google and found people
experiencing this that have DIVX installed but I do not,
very frustrating! I have for the short term taken to
booting without DEP active. Any ideas?

Data Execution Prevention - Two forms, CPU based & XP's

application attempts to access these areas the operating system
will block it. A common avenue for "hackers" to break into a
PC.

What's a DEP.

It's always been caused by a non MS program.

Folders include My Comp, Control Panel, and File Folders. File Folders are things like c:\somefolder.

File Folders inherit all of Folder's settings and from AllFileSystem settings.

Therefore,

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

What's under here in the registry (type regedit in Start Run)

(it's normally caused by contextmenuhandlers)
