I am running Norton Internet Security and I have a firewall/cable router.
After I install SP2, is there a reason to keep Norton Internet security? Of
course I would keep Anto-Virus. If the Norton Firewall and Intrusion
Detection are redundant to security features in SP2, I would like to disable
them and hopefully, speed up the machine start-up. Alternatively, would
there be any reason to disable the SP2 firewall and stick with Norton's?

Disable Win XP's lame excuse for a firewall and use Norton's. XP's does not
block outgoing traffic and Norton's does.
