sp2 and netmeeting

I updated my image to use SP2.

Now when I launch Netmeeting the screen goes black and then returns.
The same thing happens on exiting NetMeeting.

Any way to fix this?

Could it be a video driver issue? Are there any errors listed in eventlog
when cycling Netmeeting?

On further testing, it seems to be not xpe specific and is actually related
to layered (translucent) windows. We have a full screen translucent window
which we use to dim the screen in particular cases but this window is hidden.
When Netmeeting runs, the window repaints and then hides again.

Using the AppCompatFlags in the registry to set NetMeeting into Win98 mode
seems to get rid of this problem although you then lose any NT related
features such as remote desktop.
