SP2 and anemic taskbar

Since I installed SP2 a few days ago, the taskbar, which is normally
blue, turns white all of a sudden and no refresh or anything else
would restore its natural color. This occurs irregularly with no
obvious cause. It does not occur at the same point, and sometimes it
does not occur at all. It always start normal blue.

Has anyone else experienced this?
