I tried to install sp1 from a cd and it said i had to sign in with
administrator privileges how do i sign in?
 
Control Panel/User Accounts: Open up the account you signed in with and
verify that it is an Administrator Account, not a limited one. Why are you
attempting to install SP1 at this late point? Rather, fully install SP2
which contains SP1.

Hi gene k i tried to install sp 2 and i keep disconnected fromthe internet
