SP1

I tried to download SP1 at the windows update site but it
says there are no available updates. I know, I have SP1
but I think parts of it were corrupted by a partial system
restore to a point before downloading SP1. What file(s)
could I delete to make windows update scan "see" i'm
missing SP1 and make it available to download?

If you go here and use the Network Install (32 bit,
assuming that is what you have and not 64 bit) download,
you can save it to a CD. Then when, and if, you need it
again, you won't have to repeat that long download.
