sp1 hangs up

When I try to download sp1, the process hangs up after
the download is complete (but before the "installation"
process begins).
So I have to click Cancel on the download dialog box in
order to continue.

Any suggestions?
 
Download the "network" install file (about 170+MB) - run from there.
