SP & Kerning issues

First off, let me apologize for the cross posting but I wanted to make sure
we hit the right group.

When we installed SP3 on our print servers we started having kerning issues
when printing and the only solution was to uninstall SP 3 and stay with SP
2.

Does anyone know if the issue was resolved in SP 4?

kerning? Where the letters are not spaced correctly? I wonder if that just
might be a hardware issue with your printers. I had SP3 now SP4 Lexmark
bottom of the line printer and don't have kerning issues. The last time I
saw something on kerning was my old WordPerfect software. Migfht be an
incompatibility with the software used for printing and the service pack???

Print drivers are replaced in most Win2K service packs, so the kerning
issue is likely related to drivers and not hardware. Look through the
list of bug fixes in SP4 and see if this problem was addressed:
