All:

My Norton Antivirus has been warning me that I have a virus named sp.dll in
C:\mydocuments. Yet, I don't see that file, the one I see is sp.old, which
seems either I or some antivirus program must have renamed it. Even worse, I
can't delete the file because it seems to be in use. I have searched the
loading of this file via msconfig and task manager and I don't see it. So I
can't tell how it is loading.
Is there a way to get rid of this one? Thanks
Roxy

If you're sure you want to get rid of this file, the following will enable
you to delete it (assuming your using NTFS):

1. Change the permissions for this object only to:
- yourself or administrators - Full Control
- SYSTEM - **DENY Full Control**
2. Reboot the machine
3. Upon reboot, delete the file.

Hope this helps,

Paul.
