SP 4

Since I updated to SP 4, one of my software programs
doesn't open anymore (Photoshop 7.0). Does anyone have the
same problem and maybe a suggestion on how to fix that.

I wish I could help but I've got the same problem with
Office programs. If I find out I'll let you know!

Is there a way to remove SP4 after installing it? Or do
you have to reload the OS?

Go to control panel instalation program and click on the
uninstall SP4, Hope you archive sp3 or it is not going to
work.
