SP 2 Problems

Hi,

I have tried several times to install Window update SP2, and each time it
partically installs it, and I receive this message "Acess denied". I need
help.

Boot your computer to Safe Mode and attempt the Service
Pack in that mode. From the brief description you provided
it sounds like either a disk or Registry privilege issue.

It might be a registry access issue.
