Administrative Problem

I using windows xp pro.I have created an administrator eg. X . I denied
acess to a drive and denied to take ownership but still it can be
fromated.X can acess it by creating another administrator.But I can't
change X to limited.

Create another user with administrative privileges and then you should
be able to change X to Limited. I don't understand what this has to do
with your first sentence.

Search up Group Policy and Remove Hard Drive from My Computer (Current User
Settings).. I think you will like what you find... Also, search up Remove Run
from Start Menu (this will also make it so that you cannot specify locations
from the address bar)
