After installing XP SP2 update noticed that the names for some of the
toolbars are screwed up. In other words when I click on Google toolbar to
select or deselect it the response is it turns off and on an entirely
different toolbar and does nothing with Google.

Is there a way to change to names on these?

Jim,

Resetting the toolband layout for IE helps in most cases. See: http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_toolbarfix.htm
