source volume error

I am trying to create a Ghost image of a partition, while doing so I get the following
Question (1854
A source volume could not be locked as it is in use by another process. Do you wish to attempt to force a dismount on the volume? ALL OPEN HANDLES TO THIS VOLUME WOULD THEN BE INVALI

And if you select either yes or no the same error message appear
Erro
A source volume could not be locked (640

Could someone please help me understand what is going on here and how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
