Source to learn about profiles

Where is the best place for me to learn about setting up profiles for
individual users in XP Pro? Either on the net, or via book?

Any good books written for Dummies?

Start/Help & Support, search on "user profiles". There is a wealth of
information and articles on this. You can buy a book, say "WindowsXP Inside
Out", but you'll just be getting a paper version of the same information.
