sounds does not play automatically in Powerpoint

Audio (wav file) does not play automatically, but will if I click on the icon
and yes..it is set for automatic play

Can't figure out how to fix this

Does anyone have any ideas ????

Is it the first item in the custom animation pane?

No...it is the 2nd item

1st item is a video
that this audio runs in sync with...as the video plays
