Sound

The sound on my computer sounds like it's echoing. DVDs,
Music and sounds on the internet vibrate and echo. Is it
a setting somewhere???? I have Creative speakers,
surround sound and just replaced my tower so it's not the
speakers...it's some control somewhere. Anybody know?

Look at the settings for your sound card.
