Sound will not play in PPS delivered via email

I am creating a PPS and have a wav file that I found on the internet that is
supposed to play in presentation. When the file is sent via email, it will
not play. There are 3 other wav sounds embedded in the presentation that are
working fine. I have also tried saving the wav file in the clip organizer
and THEN inserting it into the show. That doesn't work either. I've tried
increasing the file size in "tool>options>link file size with size grater
than " to 50000 - doesn't work. Pack & go doesn't work either. If the sound
is within the size range and is in wav format (which is the only format the
PowerPoint accepts) why won't the file embed in the presentation?

You have to increase the size in Tools/Options *before* you insert the sound
into the presentation. Could that be the problem here?

Did you set that option before inserting the sound, though? It won't help to
change it after the sound's been added.
