I went to a TTS site where you can download phrases you typed in (These
sound better than the suposed 'human' characters from Microsoft's TTS
system.
Theye I chose a nice voice and typed all kinds of messages like "all systems
ready" and stuff (Yeah I'm GEEK!), downloaded them as *.wav files and put
them as system sounds. Works nicely.
P.S.
be sure you listen before you use it, not everything that is typed correctly
will be spoken correctly (one of the weaker points of TTS systems. You might
try some 'alternative' spelling - of whitch I'm king ;-)
