Guys I am having problem with my sound. I don’t have any sound. Operating system is windows 2000 pro SP 4. Sound card is integrated, it is not a PCI.

When I go to device manager and right click any devices under “Sound, Video and Game Controller” I don’t get all the options, like update driver, scan for hardware change and properties. I only get two options – scan for hardware change and properties. I don’t get any option for driver part.

When I go to control panel / sound and audio, under audio tab it says “no playback device” I do have working playback device.

Does anyone has any suggestion for this problem?

Thanks

Install the correct sound drivers from the motherboard CD. ;)
