sound problem

my brother was over at my house and he was messing with the volume settings
or something and know whenever i try to play songs the voices are all high
pitched and i dont know how to fix it....so basically how do i get the sound
to go back to normal
 
No Sound at all.the Message is: Error ID=0xCOOD11CD ( also Sound Device ) how
and where from may i reinstalled this from Thank You.
