Sound problem.

PP2K.

Have inserted a wav file that I want to play through entire presentation.
Also have a clipart that I would like have a sound when it appears in slide
#4.
Problem is music(wav) stops.
Is there a way to have the wav file continue w/o stopping while clipart
sound goes off(clapping sound)?

thanks,
L.

This is hardware dependent. Some sound cards can play multiple sound files
simultaneously, others can only play one.

Which sound card are you using in your computer?

Keep in mind that is this presentation will be moved to another computer,
that that computer's sound card will also be called into play (so to speak).

Go to the soundcard manufactures web site and see if they have a "WDM"
driver for it. Should have you going in n time.

Realtek ac97.
But since the presentation will be moved, I'm guessing I can't do what I
want to do?
Will delete the additional sound as the music is more important.

Thanks,
L.
