Everytime I hit the spacebar, my sound gets muted...how do I change that?
I've looked in all the menus, advanced options, and control panel options,
please help...thanks.

Somehow by pressing combinations of keys you have shifted sound control
of your soundcard to the spacebar. Try holding down the Shift key
and press the spacebar again or Reboot. One question I have is, do you have
Audacity installed? Within Audacity there is a feature where you can
toggle the sound On and Off by pressing the Spacebar. Some games
that are played on a PC will shift the volume/mute control to the Spacebar,
do you have one of them? You created the situation, you will have to
troubleshoot to correct it, unless another reader of this post has any ideas.
