Sound Max Control Panel

Recently my sound max control panel has not been starting up automatically.
I have checked the msconfig and it is not in the startup list. Does anyone
know any other way i can get it to start up automatically.

Any help would be appreciated.

The easy way is reinstalling the sound max from your board CD.
