Sound in e-mails

Outlook 2003/Word 2003 allow sounds to be embedded in e-mails as background.
This worked fine for a while, now when I go to Web Tools and click on the
sound button, I get a message: "This object was created in
HTMLinLineSoundCTL. This application is not able to open this object. Make
sure the application is properly installed and that it has not been deleted,
moved or re-named."

I did not delete or change anything to make this not work. I tried a search
on the C drive, and it can't find the HTML ..... Any suggestions?

A known issue using Windows XP SP-2 - Microsoft is working on a fix.

After furious head scratching, MikeColVail asked:
