sound from dotnet

Hi all
Im learning guitar and implanning to make just a hobby software of ly
own.
but for this first i need to know how to create sound like midi from
csharp..
then later should be progressed to tabs and combinations of chords.
i would be very glad if any one could provide with the reference so
that i could start on it.

you can use the free (for noncommecial stuff) FMOD library from
www.fmod.org. It is the greatest library for sound around.
It comes with a c# wrapper.
