Sound from a PPS file?

Hello, I received a PPS file in an email. In slide show mode, it plays a
sound file right from slide 1 through slide 35. I want that sound file
separated from PPS file so that I can use it somewhere else. Could you give
me any tip? Regards

The easiest way, if you have the full version of PowerPoint, is to save the
file as an HTML (File => Save as => change the type to HTML). Then root
thru the HTML file folder for the sound file, it'll be there somewhere.

If you do not have the full version of PowerPoint (just the viewer) than you
will need to use a sound recorder program that will record whatever is sent
to your speakers.
