i have two users for me and my sister,when i open her user,i cant hear the
sound,I have checked all options and items ,all are ok,but i dont no what is
the problem,,,thank u

From your Sister's User Profile go to Control Panel>Sound and Audio
Devices. Click on Advanced and make sure that
no Mute boxes are checked and that all the sliders are up at least half
way.
