sound card ALS 4000

I am using xp. the sound card is als 4000. when I intall it message came - that it is not compatible with xp. anyway I install it. it works- I can see videos listen music. but some soft do not work( only the sound is not coming) . please help

You answered your own question - "not compatible with XP".

Which software doesn't work with this card ?

However, go here, join the site get irritating mails and download the XP
specific drivers :
