sound blaster Audigy 4 question

i just bought the sound card and i was wondering why my volume on the
remote doest work, it wont turn down or up the volume, the volume display
is on teh screen but will not turn up or down. oh and by the way i
have Vist home Premium

i have the same one, same trouble, you need download the new driver for
vista of creative labs, at moment it is in version beta,

you need select sound blaster/audigy/audigy xxxx

for a simple audigy 4

after you need to select os vista 64
