Sound and HD card conflict

My Creative SB PCI 512 and Promise Ultra 133 TX2
cards are on IRQ10. When I'm listen to music and the
harddrive is doing heavy duty accessing it really degrades
my sound. How can I get one of them to use a different
IRQ or whatever it takes to stop the inter-action.

You change the location of one of the cards from whatever PCI slot it is in
to a different one. The motherboard manual should have a listing of which
slots can cause conflicts.
