How do I get sound (MP3) and animation (Flash) to work in IE 6.0?

What I wish to play off a site works in Firefox, Mozilla and Netscape
(Quicktime, Flash). What's the difference with IE 6.0?

Might the source site not be set up for Windows Media? Could that be the
problem?

Help! Thanks in advance.

Simple answer. Active X Controls. But wait, those are disabled now because
of a new security improvement to Internet Explorer. So, what do you do? I
am not sure how to get mp3 to play on Internet Explorer, but you can download
Flash Player from the Adobe Site. Scary, Adobe bought both Flash, and
Macromedia out, and incorporated them to the Adobe Family.
