Sorting the Start Menu

Hii, Right click properties over the windows startmenu (orb) > customize >
under customize start menu scroll down to
"sort all programs menu by name" in vista by default this is enabled.

As Umesh says although it will still leave the expanded Programs menu
in two parts, each alpha sorted. I wish it didn't but it's notjsut
VISTA.
 
Thank you, Umesh, but that didn't help. I am talking about the menu
directly above the start button. It just seems to stick the links in
any order at all. The bottom links are for what I have been doing
lately and is constantly changing, but the top part with the links I
want to be permanent is sorted helter skelter.
