Alphabetize Programs

How do I alphabetize my programs in the Start Menu? I have tried, Start/All
Programs and right click. Sort by name does not appear.

Right-click on "Start" (really the orb), choose Properties, Start Menu,
Customize and make sure "Sort All Programs menu by name" is checked.
